Exchange policy:

We want you to love your order, so please take a moment to review our size chart before placing your order to help you choose the best fit.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, exchange or refund requests will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn and unwashed.
  • The item must be in its original condition and original packaging.
  • All original tags/labels must remain attached.
  • Clear pictures of the item will be required to support your exchange request.

How to request an exchange?

Exchange requests can be submitted through:

  • Instagram DM
  • The WhatsApp number that contacted you to confirm your order

Please include your order number, reason for your request and clear pictures of the item.

ONLINE PAYMENT VERIFICATION:

For certain orders, we reserve the right to request full online payment before dispatch through our WhatsApp number that ends with 010*****952

This may apply if your order contains more than one item or you have not received your previous order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message through WhatsApp, Please make sure you typed the correct information so we can contact you. You must reply within 24hrs of receiving our confirmation message.

Refund Policy:

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, exchange or refund requests will not be accepted.

We strongly recommend checking your order while the courier is still present. If you'd like to refund it for any reason, please inform the courier and hand the order back to him at the delivery time.

For orders paid online, you’ll be refunded as soon as we receive the shipment at our office & after inspection. Note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to be processed.
