Refund policy

Exchange policy:

We always advise to check the size chart before ordering. However, you can request an exchange in size of the item received IN 2 DAYS ONLY from receiving your order & shipping fees will be applied. You can’t ask for an exchange/refund after this period & no exceptions are applied (even if the goodies are faulty upon arrival)

Exchange requests are through our mail: moreofclosis.co@gmail.com or through our instagram DM only.

Please note the following conditions: 

-Items must be in their original state (unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging) as a picture will be needed to support your request.

 

THE CLOSIS has the right to:

-Inspect the product you want to exchange before dispatching the new order.

-Ask for full amount online payment through whatsapp number that ends with 010*****952 in case your order has 2 items or more OR in case you didn’t receive your last order.

-The Closis reserves the right to cancel any order that is not confirmed via WhastApp or Email within 24 hours of our confirmation message being sent. PLEASE ENSURE YOU RESPOND PROMPTLY TO AVOID CANCELLATION.

Refund Policy:

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. You can open the package and check your order while the courier waits. If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return it to him and only pay the shipping fees. Once he leaves you won't be able to refund (NO EXCEPTIONS are applied even if the goodies are faulty upon arrival)

 

For orders paid online, you’ll be refunded as soon as we receive the shipment at our office & after inspection. Note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to be processed.
